Why my weight increased after the dialysis?

Doctor, I began to do dialysis last December, and the weight increased from 78kg to 83kg. is this the right symptoms? What should I do?
Normally, there are two reasons can increase the weight for the dialysis patients.
First, during the dialysis, the urine output will decrease, at this time if the diet is not change, then the water will increase in the body and edema will appear. Sometimes the edema is not obviously, so you need to pay more attention.
Second, after the dialysis, the digestive tract will be improved, and will absorb more diet. In this condition, it is real weight increase, not the edema.
Normally, the second cause have little possible, so once the weight not stable, you need to ask your doctor, to know how much salt water you out each dialysis.
Any questions feel free to ask the online doctor or email to Katehelen491@yahoo.com.
